Perfect inexpensive watch, hands don't light up
I love the large size of this watch and the heavier weight of it and it makes an impressive piece, almost jewelry-like. The domed crystal and large Roman numerals make it very easy to read and I was so glad to find a watch with all Roman numerals; hard to come by these days. The blue hands are my favorite part but unfortunately the dial and hands don't light up at night so it's impossible to read in the dark. The band on the inner side seems to tarnish and pit with time but doesn't bother my skin. The outer side of the band and tank part do get scratched up with use but still look great. The only reason I am looking for a different watch is that 2 years in, the metal clasp is starting to pop open and won't stay on my wrist. I'll certainly search for another that has the same face; it's a classic and I've gotten many compliments.
