After I turned 30 my body changed and upon research I determined I require probiotic supplements to keep my female balance. For years I tried all the different brands of pill and liquid form. I have Lupus , Gastroparesis ( paralyzed stomach) POTS and Small fiber sensory Neuropathy these All affect my Stomach - Yeah Poor Me ….. So a Few pointers - Put it under your tongue as directed because it gets absorbed faster. I read one person mixed it with coffee , it doesn’t get absorbed properly that way. I have a prescription for Ketamine that I have to dissolve under my tongue for the same reason. , for Pain. I bought these trying to see if a cheaper probiotic worked for me. They work adequately, the taste is a little zippy, but a plus for me is there's no need for refrigeration! They're very pretty easy for me to take, and the price is right. But if I really want a high quality probiotic I would go back to Probonix.

So I’m like the review queen! I literally leave a review on everything whether it’s a good or bad one… this is my 2nd time purchasing it!!! When I tell u this stuff is amazing!! It’s amazing!!!!! This is some very personal information that I’m going to share and if I was lying I wouldn’t even dare put my business out there because it’s quite embarrassing!!! For years I struggle with vaginal ph imbalance issues and was told to always take probiotics and I would and saw no difference never.. so then I’m like ok let me try a liquid probiotic never had it but u figured liquid will settle in a lot better and faster then pulls and boom I ran into this!!! When I tell u it works within a day!!! A DAY!!! No issues whatsoever.. it was literally almost 80 degrees where I live at today 5/5/2023 and I was a little sweaty there and when I say I’m still fresh as ever absolutely no smell no nothing I mean it… I mean it’s life changing!!!

First of all, I'm sure this is a great product...but it tastes pretty bad. I take it at night, right before bed. I put a whole dropper-full under my tongue and hold it there for as long as I can, then I finally swallow it and it kind of burns my tongue in an acidic kind of way. I wash it down with water and then it leaves an artificial sweetener aftertaste in my mouth. 20 strains of Probiotics might be overkill, but with how depleted my gut is, who knows, it might be necessary. Either way, lots of Probiotics for not a lot of money. I'll definetly finish the bottle, but will probabaly go back to the Mary Ruth's liquid Probiotics once my gut is healthier. Edit to add: it's not as acidic if you add it to your water. Still a artificial sweetener aftertaste, but drinkable.

I like the fact that it has all those strands in liquid form. I just put it into my mouth and under my tongue so some of it bypasses the acid in my stomach.

I have taken this product for over a year. It is so easy to use and the best probiotic I have tried. I highly recommend it.
