I can verify the other reviewer's comments. It works just as well as the $50 dollar models at HD and elsewhere. I'll add that this is not a heavy duty tool, nor is it heavy. Whenever I can get a lighter tool to do the job, I do. That reduces my overall load in the many tool boxes and bags. This has smooth finished corners and edges that do not hurt my hands. Unless you are a pro technician who does hundreds of zip-ties, this will probably do. Even if you are a pro, this might be a good back-up tool in case your good one gets nicked.

Works very well. I like that it has separate levers for tighten and cut. Give you more control for casual use. I suppose you'd want the single trigger type for production work, but this seem better for home use.

The tool arrived on the date stated. It is more of a tool and It works more like pliers than a gun. It did not have any instructions for how to work it. But if you are a mechanical type person you won't have any problems. If you are not it mite be a bit of a challenge. It is working fine for me.

Does what it says. If you are a home handyperson that uses ties now and then - just get one. Very handy tool.
