How tall is this piece of equipment? My husband is 6'1 and I want to be sure he could use it in our basement, which has a ceiling height of 6'10.

Hi Sarah, I'm 6'3" with a 7' ceiling and there is plenty of room. My daughter is a ski racer but my wife and I use it just as much. Great for both upper and lower body workouts. I am a Physical Therapist and have had one in my practice for 20 years. Hope that's helpful. Michael

We have some very large athletes who come into our office. Can this board withstand weights of 375-400 lbs plus?

I wouldn't think so. My first fitter wore out the track and wheels after 6 months. I weigh 225. They replaced parts, and I have not had a problem since (1 yr @ 3x/week)

Is assembly required?

The Pro Fitter 3D Cross Trainer comes fully assembled as part of our quality control and to make things easy for the user to set it up and get moving with it right away. The Physio Kit version does require some minor assembly of the balance aids as part is separated in packing to protect them when shipping, but clear instructions are provided and assembly takes only a moment.
