do these socks fit a size 14 + shoe?

I think they will work, I wear size 13 and typically wear the 6-12 size socks fine so by that logic I would assume that 14 would fit in these 10-13 size socks.

what are the dementions of these socks, how long are they?

When they are brand new out of the package, they are 25 inches long, 3-1/2 inches wide at the foot and about halfway up the calf. They are 3 inches wide for the top half of the calf which is what helps them stay up. They are made of material that does stretch once you put them on your feet.
