It has become an integral part of our daily routine, and best part of all my kids don't fight me on doing it. The thoughtful design of the journal covers a wide spectrum of emotions, from joy to challenges, allowing my child to explore and understand their feelings in a healthy and constructive way. The gratitude section has been a game-changer, fostering a sense of appreciation and mindfulness. My daughter struggles finding the good at times and we can get in a rut of negative thinking and this gives her a purpose to find the positives in even the toughest days. The space dedicated to challenges and accomplishments is fantastic. It encourages my kids to set goals, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their victories – big or small. It's amazing how a simple sketch can sometimes convey emotions more effectively than words. It adds a creative touch to the journaling process and allows my kids to express themselves freely. The prompts are age-appropriate, and the journal strikes a perfect balance between structure and flexibility. The variety of topics ensures that my child engages with different aspects of their day, fostering self-reflection and emotional intelligence. In a world filled with screens and fast-paced activities, this journal provides a valuable opportunity for my child to unplug, reflect, and connect with their inner self. A favorite part of our nightly routine
We’ve been using these gratitude journals with our kids, and they’ve quickly become part of our nightly routine. The prompts are thoughtful and age-appropriate, and they actually enjoy writing in them — which says a lot. Each night gives them a simple way to reflect on their day, share what they’re thankful for, and wind down before bed. It’s been really special to see what they choose to write and how excited they are to fill out the pages. Such a meaningful, easy habit to build with kids. Highly recommend for families looking to add a little more mindfulness and gratitude into their evenings.

Weekends Left Out
I love this journal for my 9 year old pessimist, and I think it's going to really help her out in the long run. However, the "10 weeks" don't include weekends, there are 5 daily journal pages and one weekly activity for each week. I think journaling on weekends is important too, in order to recognize the difference in your feelings on school days vs. days off.

Great for my children!
This book is wonderful! I love all the prompts for my kids to write. Since my kids are a little on the younger side, it's much nicer to have the variety of prompts and information about our emotions. It's a great and easy to use daily journal for kids!

Hmmm
After all the hype of these books and the price... I'm not overly impressed. It's so repetitive my kids were uninspired to write in it every night to be honest.
