How do I submit a warranty for this product? It is not even 1 month old and sad to say it is not scorch and stain resistant as advertised.

I have an ironing board that is 15x56 is the front pocket large enough so it would fit the 56 in length?

It should fit. Mine is 14x54 and 1-2 inches extra on the bottom width and about 7 inches extra on the length. I had a hard time finding one that fit mine also no problems as I seen in some of the other reviews with Scorching and I use mine daily. Hope this helps.

Is the board included or is it just the cover and the padding?

Just one ironing board cover, no included ironing board.

Is it machine washable

I couldn't find a tag on the product, so I can't say with certainty it's washable. I'm sure it can be wiped down with a damp cloth though. I just wouldn't put it in the dryer in case it shrinks. It fits my ironing board nicely.
