Avlon Keracare Overnight Moisturising Treatment, 4 Ounce

I was getting my hair done at the salon and my stylist. Put this on my hair. I love it because it’s very lightweight and soft. It’s not super oily. It keeps my hair moisturized not just at night, but even during the day. It’s easy to use and it doesn’t take much so product will last a long time.

I first bought this product when I was in the military because, let’s face it, constantly pulling your hair into buns takes a toll. I did some research on protecting my ends (they’re the oldest and most fragile part of your hair), and on a whim, I picked this up—and I’ve never looked back. I’d moisturize my hair with whatever I had on hand and then use this product strictly on my ends. I’d wrap my hair in a shower cap (don’t ask why, I just did) and secure it with a hair tie. By morning, I’d take it off and my hair was SO soft! I have 4A, coarse hair, but back then it was relaxed straight. Even with dryness and frizz, this product left my hair a smooth swirl, and I couldn't stop touching it. Now, this is a staple in my protective hairstyles. When I take out my braids, my hair is always so soft. Honestly, I love this stuff.

I tried this Avlon Keracare Overnight Moisturizing Treatment for the first time. It has a pleasant scent not too strong to me. I have a relaxer on my hair and so I was looking for something to not only keep my hair moisturized but also help keep my hair looking good in between perms. The consistency is a light cream. Not heavy or extra thick. I would say the consistency of like regular yogurt. If you have used a product called perm repair back in the day, this is what this product reminds me of in the thickness and how it leaves your hair feeling after use. My hair is left smooth but not greasy and for me a little went a long way.

I love how nourished my hair feels after I use this product. It feels like a creamy texture and you can easily work it into your hair and scalp without seeing any leftover residue. It smells very nice and feels like it’s providing hair therapy and treatment.

This is an amazing overnight moisturizer. I’ve used it for months and it has been wonderful for my hair. However, my most recent purchase was horrid. Unwrapped jars were put in an envelope and mailed without bubble wrap. The jars were shattered and the cream spilled everywhere. Great product; poor delivery.
