TWO questions: Does it look as lush as the picture? Or, will I be in for some disappointment? ALSO, Is the width 94" or 49"?? Need to know, thanks!

You'd have to use the ivy covering on both sides of the fence if you want it to be as lush as the picture. I have wrought iron around my porch and some of the hedges in front of it had thinned out or died. I needed something to shield package deliveries from people on the street. At a distance, the ivy does the job. My potted behind it add to the cover, so I didn't double it as I had originally intended to. My packages have been okay so far as the delivery men put the boxes between or in front of the plants. My fence has been up since late December and hasn't faded or fallen apart. The length is 94".

Is this bendable? Like make a half circle with it?

yes, the foliage is weaved across a plastic mesh material. It comes rolled up - like wall paper or wrapping paper. It can be cut or trimmed and bends easily to wrap around anything you like. I used one along an outside wall. Another I trimmed up for several different projects. Worked great for a topiary ball I made out of two hanging baskets.

Can this be fastened to the fence from the leaf side? I live in a high rise and can't get to the back of fence.
