How does it interact with makeup? Does it peel/flake off when putting concealer or liquid foundation over it?

I find it interacts well. No peeling or flaking. I've even mixed my liquid foundation with the moisturizer before applying. I've spent years attempting to find a lotion that won't cause additional breakouts on my face. This is the only one I have found that works for me. My skin drinks it up. It never leaves an oily feel. I think it's wonderful!

It does not say "non comedogenic". Is it, or is it not?
