Absolutely love it, I’ve been having it for 3 years already and it’s still as sturdy as ever and it functions properly. It’s not the most slim stroller after folded but it still fits in my trunk standing (Jeep Grand Cherokee L). I have 4 kids and used many of the configurations, would recommend any day!

This stroller came highly recommended from someone who has used it for 5 years.

In short everything is great about this, but the foot break. It is very hard to get it to lock into break position. I called the company and spoke with customer care/support and that person made me just through so many hoops to get anything done, I just said, forget about it! Maybe that was their intention. This was just after we ordered it, now it's a year later and it is still giving us problems. I would have thought a company like this one would have excellent customer service! I am one of those who believes a product is only a good as it's customer service. Would I recommend this or buy this system again? Probably not.

Baby Jogger is dishonest. They marketed our City Select Lux as the stroller that would grow with our family, but have discontinued that stroller and the accessories are not available. So, we have to buy a new stroller? False advertising. Complete lost trust in this company and regret for buying their products. Be warned, this will happen to your stroller too. Also, impossible to get in touch with customer service. Of course, this is all by design. Zero accountability. Simply out for your $$$$.

Haven’t used the stroller yet but we put it all together and inserted the car seat. It was nice looking up videos on YouTube for install and handling the stroller is a little heavy when you fold it but I like that it’s sturdy. It’s really smooth with handling as well. A little sad it didn’t come with a bar or tray for baby.
