This is a solid olive oil without having enough flavor to overpower whatever you've got cooking. It's also amenable to spice infusions, so if you've got a spare bottle lying around, decant some oil into it and throw in, say, a sprig of rosemary and a good handful of thyme leaves. You won't regret it. It's the right size for going through it before it has a chance to go rancid if you're cooking frequently for a family of 2-3. If you live alone and don't cook often, go for a smaller bottle.

I really use this instead of vegetable oil and my cholesterol levels have gone down a whole lot.

The quality is consistent and actually very versatile. Olive oil is very healthy. I use it to fry but not on high heat. Great on salads with balsamic vinegar, lemon or lime juice. I don't have any qualms about where the olives were grown. It really doesn't matter. If all you use is olive oil you're getting all the health benefits.

This olive oil is good for overall use.For cooking, eating with avocados etc.
