⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clear Insight Into Power Consumption
This single-phase energy meter is an excellent tool for anyone who wants clear, real-time visibility into electrical usage without unnecessary complexity. It provides a comprehensive snapshot of power consumption by displaying voltage, current, power factor, frequency, and cumulative kWh—all in a clean, easy-to-read format. Installation is straightforward thanks to standard DIN-rail mounting, making it a natural fit inside an electrical panel or control enclosure. The wiring layout is intuitive, and once installed, the unit is immediately useful with no complicated configuration required. It simply powers up and starts providing meaningful data. While I did not formally verify measurement accuracy against calibrated test equipment, the readings are consistent and align with expectations based on known loads. For my use case, that level of confidence was more than sufficient, especially given the clarity and breadth of information provided. Overall, this is a highly practical, well-designed energy monitor that delivers excellent functionality at a very competitive price. Whether you’re tracking power usage, monitoring system performance, or simply wanting better insight into your electrical consumption, this meter is a smart and dependable choice.

Nice unit, I bought 2 of them. Got a small problem….
I’m using this meter on my Single Phase 240 volt pool pump, the Energy Meter was wired to also run on 240vac. It reads accurate and agreed with my volt meter and amp probe. I changed the pool pump contactor to one that could handle more current, this contactor only had a 120vac coil. I also had 120vac in the box so I wired the Energy Meter to run on 120vac. Now it’s only indication half of the power even though the pump is running on 240vac and my amp probe is showing a 6 amp draw. I could rewire the Energy Meter back to run on 240vac. I just want to know why it isn’t reading correctly. The other Energy Meter I have is connected to my pool heater, it runs on 120vac and the meter is connected to 120vac, it reads accurately. UPDATE: July 16, 2024 And for all of you that said I need 2 meters why does it read correctly when the meter is powered by 240 V single phase and not 120 V? The current that the pump draws is the same whether the meter runs on 120 or 240. I changed the meter to run on 240 and now it reads correctly. Whether it runs on 120 or 240 it’s still single phase, the neutral and ground legs aren’t drawing any current.

Beware, live power reading is apparent power, not real power...
The device is accurate, and easy to install. But after a week of use I noticed the yellow power reading was not real power. Real power is taking the current and multiplying it by the AC voltage.. .. I noticed it was reading only about 50% of the real power. This is due to it's ability to measure power factor. Apparent power is real power multiplied by the power factor so if the PF is not 1 then its reading apparent power. This will not help you with your electric bill in America as the power companies charge you for REAL Power, not apparent power. So if you're trying to monitor your actual usage compared to the electric company you're in for a surprise. At the moment I do not know if the accumulated KWH reading is apparent or real,... I'm waiting to hear by from the manufacturer.... Remember if pf is anything less than 1.0 the wattage reading is not real power. PF or power factor is a technical term you can google. Not enough room here to discuss it and its off topic. Just be aware this will not give youu accurage readings for real power.

ACCURATE POWER METER
Was going to use for some 240 circuit use; but put it to use on a standard 120VAC circuit, followed by some extensive testing with known standards and against the industry standard "Kill-A-Watt". This thing ROCKS!!! It is vastly more accurate than the "Kill-A-Watt" (which is also an energy vampire, BTW). LOVE this item. May look abit cheap; but I am amazed with it's results. Only downside is the itty-bitty "RESET" button for the kWh data (use the tip of a retracted ballpoint to activate it -- with a 3+ second press). I will be buying more of these.

Did not save cumulative kwh
It does what I need it to do other than saving the cumulative kwh during power outage. The power outage lasted about 32 hours. Since I've been keeping logs no big deal for me at this time. Other than that, please with the purchase.

Works for 240v split phase / Need 2 units
I purchased to replace my existing monitors that I installed 5 years ago. Looks at my photo if you are trying to run 2 monitors for a split phase 240v setup. This is the only way to accurately show split phase numbers. Overall, easy install and numbers/values are bright which was my biggest concern. All good so far.

All power details for a reasonable price
A friend wanted a kwh meter to put on his car charger, as an engineer I was tasked to provide and install. I was divided between this and the DAE 720. I ordered both, thinking that the DAE, a dark screen, kwh only would quietly work unobtrusively in the background for 50+ years just like utility meters. It does work just fine and was wired in, and serves the purpose well. But I am even more impressed at this device. Even cheaper and provides a wrath of electrical info, most irrelevant for initial application, but it will well find good usage in my home. The ample 40 to 400v ac capability covers all house circuits, the bright always on display is both good and bad for long term installation, where it might be ignored for months. Would be even better if it had a display options such as way dim and off, for permanent installs. Excellent value.

Compacto y fácil de instalar
Mide kWh, corriente, tensión, frecuencia, potencia y factor de potencia. La caja de protección MCB de 3 vías le queda perecto.
