Ideal for crafts and DIY
I bought this to make a battery casing and screw cap for a project and it was perfect! It took me a few attempts to get used to how the plastic behaves, but the best part is, if it goes wrong, you can just pop it back into the hot water and try again. I have since used this for all sorts of projects - it is super versatile and sets very strong, so it can be used in a range of crafting and DIY settings. It is fairly quick to set (minutes), but malleable for long enough to be able to get the right shape. The perfect balance. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone needing an easy, workable plastic for a project.

Amazing stuff! It's a game changer when it comes to plastic repairs.
I was a bit dubious about this product because so many times you'll hear all these grand claims made about what a product can do. But I have to say the reviews are right this is really useful stuff. I like fixing things but plastics can be difficult to fix. The first time was a clear polycarbonate (PC) fridge door shelf retainer (£25 replacement). I tried special PC adhesive but the repair didn't last, too brittle. Then I tried plastic welding but I couldn't get the hang of it, there is precious little info on the www for PC welding. So I've gone for the cheap option. It looks like a dogs dinner but first signs are it's a solid repair. We need a new fridge anyway but this will stop bottles falling out of the fridge for now. My other repair was on a alarm contact switch where the small plastic hook which was integral to the ABS housing had snapped off. It's a poor design as the plastic is about 0.3mm or less at the thinnest point. Almost like they planned for it to break ;) Yale wanted £22.50 for a new unit as they don't do spares. I'd been using electrical tape to hold the lid in place as the tamper spring tries to push the lid off by design. So I just recreated the hook with a blob of the Whitemorph and then shaped it with a dremel cutoff wheel. This puts heat in and you have to go slow or it will melt and you'll lose the shape. But it worked a treat and seems to have held firm. Perfect for this use. Doesn't look pretty but who cares as it's hidden inside and it works. Much better than junking a perfectly good sensor for the sake of a tiny bit of snapped plastic. So for the £6.50 this cost me I've saved well over 4 times this. UPDATE: The fridge repair came unstuck but it did ok for 2 months. Not a permanent repair for this application (the cold wouldn't help) but my contact switch is holding up fine.

Great for work holding
I bought this for modelling and also using to hold small parts while I work on them. Works really well as a replacement to thermoloc or similar. It's really easy to use and handle, and very easy to work with. It's clear when it's foldable and goes back to white when it's solidified. It's not sticky at all, and is infinitely reusable which makes it amazing value.

A remarkable product.
I needed to make a support for a small PCB within an aluminium project box so gave this a try. The instruction to melt in very hot water seemed odd as I guessed it would become somehow water logged, but no, if you follow the instructions you will find this to be a quite remarkable product. It followed the underside of the PCB and the inside of the case perfectly, producing a solid and reliable support with no risk of any electrical "shorts". Interestingly it only seems to adhere to itself, so disassembly is also now a dream compared to previous attempts using hot melt glue. Once set (cooled) it is extremely tough plastic which seems able to keep its shape under duress (except high heat). Once set it can be "trimmed" with a soldering iron on a very low heat. If you are someone who tinkers I recommend buying a pack just to experiment and understand what it can do.

Good with caveat emptor
Good. It’s does what it’s meant to. Doesn’t stick anything and nothing I mean nothing not even gorilla tape sticks to it for too long.

Easy to use!
Super easy to work with! Took some trial and error but I made super cool tusks for my husband's orc costume. One tip, it says warm water, it definitely took BOILING water to actually melt. Worked great once I figured that out though.
