Do look for and use the very small elastic loop to hold the thumb whilst wrapping the Velcro tab. I like the fact that it’s adjustable. For some reason using the exact same wrap distance hurts sometimes and feels too loose sometimes. I would prefer if the thumb cylinder were taller/longer. Wrapping it tighter cuts off the blood, but does not restrain it better. Allowing such a wide range of movement of the joint allows me to unconsciously continue to gestures that caused this in the first place.
