Corkor Cork Wallet Men Bifold Slim Minimalist Small Vegan Non-Leather

I bought my second of this exact wallet, after using the previous one for five years. The cork fabric finally started coming apart and the card slots ripped on the side so that the cards would easily fall out. But the wallet served me really well in that time, and I think five years is a pretty good length of time for an inexpensive wallet so I got another. Also I did tend to put multiple cards in a slot, so if you stick to just one maybe you won't have that ripping issue I had, though you might still get the exterior fabric separating and looking ugly. As for the new wallet, it looks to me like they've improved the quality since my last one. It feels really soft and smooth and just looks a bit nicer. This is a great wallet for holding all your cards, like a traditional wallet. I have also been trying out a different minimalist wallet, and this one now looks huge in comparison but the minimalist one can't hold all my cards which means I have to remember to take the ones I need before I go somewhere. Still not sure which one I will end up using most of the time, but definitely recommend this one if you are not looking to go the minimalist route.

Listen. This wallet is really amazing. My mom bought one of these for my husband for Christmas 2016, and he’s been using that wallet since. He is vegan, so leather was not an option for a wallet. So, we went with cork! The pictures show the old wallet (that has 9 years of hard use) and the new one I bought to replace it. Lots of sections of the exterior cork have come off, but the wallet is still strongly holding together. In fact, I think he won’t switch it out to the new one for a while because of sentimental reasons but also because it is still working quite well. I would probably recommend the darker shade if the wallet will be in heavy use as I remember it getting a little discolored quickly. But again, he is not delicate with the wallet and it’s been used heavily. I do recommend this to anyone because it may not be as durable as leather, but it is durable and the quality is there so that the stitching and binding hold up for years. It also holds a great deal, including many cards and receipts. It may not look as good as it once did, but man if it’s not still doing its job. Def recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to leather.

Highly recommend! I love that the product hints at brown leather without trying to imitate it. It's perfect for anyone looking for a cruelty-free, dressy wallet (which, in my mind, is traditionally leather) but doesn't want to settle for plastic pseudo-leather. I was initially worried about durability, but after 10 months, it has held up great. As other reviewers have mentioned, the one drawback is that the card slots can loosen over time, and cards could fall out if the wallet is held upside down. This hasn’t been an issue for me (I’ve never lost a card), but it’s something I’m mindful of. Other than that, I highly recommend it—it’s easily my favorite vegan fashion purchase to date.

This wallet has exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a wallet free of animal products and this was one of the best rated. It feels high quality and seems very durable. I foresee this lasting many years. It is thinner than my old trifold which is nice. The cards feel secure in their slots. It only been a few days but i think this is the best wallet i’ve owned, it just feels right.

I love this wallet. It's beautiful, it can hold a lot of cards though it's a bit tight where the Bill's suppose to fit. The only thing is that they could have done better is to stitch the part between the two sides of the wallet on the outside... it feels like a soft spot to me. Other than that, its great!

Just bought my second one of these, to replace one I’d been using for about five years. It lasted way better, and looked good for longer, than any leather wallet I’ve had. I have the kind of bulging wallet most dads do, full of insurance cards and IDs. They stayed secure and were easy to get in and out. The points of wear were pretty much like those on a leather wallet. Actually, while I was conscious of the novelty of a cork wallet for the first few days, I forgot about it pretty quickly, and no one ever noticed anything unusual about it. The only difference was that it never got that smooth slipperiness you get after a while with leather, which I liked - old leather wallets tend to slip out of your pocket. What finally gave out was the stitching along one of the credit card slots. That’s probably the weakest point of the design, since the cork (which is laid over a thin cloth) tears a little more easily than leather. But this was after several years of heavy use. It lasted much longer than I had expected. Good leather is expensive and thick. A full grain leather wallet will last longer than this one, but it will cost five times as much, and it will be less comfortable in your pocket. I’d recommend this over any leather wallet in this price range.

Bought it for $30, which is only a bit more than a throwaway wallet price in my opinion, and have had it for about two and a half years with barely any wear and tear. It looks and feels like leather, but is somehow more sturdy than the Tumi leather wallet I had before this. My only complaint is that you have to keep like 6+ cards in each side or else they tend to slide out. This hasn't been a problem for me, which is why I didn't knock off any stars, but keep that in mind when considering this.

Looks good; is a nice size; and functions well as a wallet. I try to avoid using leather, and am pleased that this wallet seems to be really durable, so far.
