This is the only folic acid I have taken for years.
I have been using this brand of folic acid for a long time. when I use one of my prescription meds, if I don't take folic acid with it, I end up with mouth sores. Other folic acids didn't work. These are easy to swallow, soft capsules. Worth the money.

Great folic acid supplement. My hair was thinning and labs showed my folic acid was low. After one bottle (240 pills) my labs were better and my hair is regrowing.
