Fits my Bissel Power Force (model #1797) well. I had purchased another generic brand that did not fit because they were more of a plastic that won’t stretch like these better quality rubber ones. I recommend these belts since they are like the brand name ones. They work well, and are very affordable. They spin the bristle brush well and are easy to install.

I have and old vacuum Bissell #1797 that I got from my mom, and she didn't have the instructions with it anymore. But I was able to fine the model number on the bottom of it so it was easy to search for a new belt. It came in a small box with 2 belts. They were the same thickness as the old belt. The quality of the belts seemed good. Installation was easy enough once I figured it out. I'm giving this 4 stars because I had to pre- stretch the belt to fit it onto the brush and the metal pin.

Had my Bissell PowerForce vacuum for four to five months and the belt snapped. (The vacuum is great - the amounts of pet hair and human shedding hair vs the original belt was not.) I’m a first timer to witnessing this happen. Typed in the replacement part number and found myself here. The fit is exact and vacuum works like the day I bought it. 10/10 would (and probably will) purchase again.

I do not believe that this belt is compatible with the Bissell PowerForce Helix (Turbo) Vacuum 2191. I installed the belt as a replacement part for my PowerForce Helix. The replacement belt was smaller than the belt I removed from the vacuum cleaner. I thought this was due to the replacement belt being newer. However, I do not believe that is the case, as the replacement belt put significant tension of the internal brush of the vacuum cleaner. In turn, this lead to a burning smell. Upon inspection, I realized that the replacement belt created friction in the brush head of my vacuum, leading the plastic to warp. Now I am replacing both the belt and the brush head.
