Don't buy you will loss your other Appliances at home/office . it's all worst product.
I just plug in 240V plug at my office switchboard, I want to first measure what voltage output by multimer and than only I will try my foreign product, but when I just switch on the plug, my office camera suddenly stop working, which means some reverse voltage / current happen in this device, and I read meter is only 50V instead of 100v step-down, So, this is a poor quality product without any quality check they are selling, it will harmful for expensive product same other appliance at home/office, don't buy this.

The product should work at least 6-9 months, however its not even a month of purchase that the product has stopped working. Its not worth wasting your money and time on this product.

Bad item - damaged my blue-ray player
The pins are not standard in terms of the distance between them. They did not fit any of my household plugs. I used a travel adapter and somehow had it connected. It emitted an almost inaudible hum. I connected my Sony blue-ray player and switched it on. I got a plume of smoke from the player. I don't expect it to work again now. I don't know how someone can screw up such a simple functionality.

Unreliable
Output voltage is 49v instead of 110v. My equipment stopped working due to the low voltage. The input from mains was 236v. No problem with the input.
