Yes there are only 3 screws holding the extruder unit to the gantry. But to get to those screws, you must remove the two screws going into the black cover on the front of the extruder on both sides of the ribbon cable. THEN remove the ribbon cable and then you can access the bolts. Standard Allen wrenches will work but if you have a long shaft Allen set then j recommend highly to more easily slide in and reach the bolts the bottom one is tucked behind numerous pin connectors but is still reachable. It was more difficult getting my old one off than getting the new one on. The new one had the lower cables tucked in a manner that made accessing the lower bolt more manageable. Thank you for that.
