Viktplattan är tillverkad av gjutjärn och är målad i svart för att undvika rost En bra funktion är att den har handtag. Detta gör det mycket enklare att ta den i och ur ryggsäcken. GORUCK RUCKERには、トレーニングのための重りを入れる丈夫なポケットが内部に付いているのですが、 そこにこれを入れてます。サイズもオッケーです。何せ、本家のGORUCKの重りは、米国から発送不可になっているので、アマゾンのこの商品は貴重です。どうか販売中止になりませんように。。
