Nice little scissors
I like the little Miller's Forge scissors. Just what I needed to trim the inside pads of my dog's feet.

does the job
While I'm sure this isn't the best or sharpest on the market, it works very well for me on my furry little yorkenese. Cuts great, is safe around eyes, face, in ears etc. and gets the job done at a very good price! Buy it, you won't be sorry.

Good for small snips of hair
The product arrived promptly and as described. On my first attempt they felt a bit sloppy and not very sharp so I just assumed that's what you get for such a small cost. But then I decided to try them again, and for the little Bichon I have, they work like a charm for small snips around the eyes, nose, ears and paws.

Useless
Dumb me. I thought when the ad said "3 3/4 inch curved" that it meant the blades. No, it means the scissors. The blades are less than 1 1/2 inches long. The finger holes are uncomfortable for large hands. The blades are dull (and it came in factory wrap as shown in the picture). I had hoped to use it for trimming hair around shih tzu eyes. Useless. Need to find some old codger who needs a scissors to trim nose and ear hair.

one serious flaw
There are many good qualities to this product (size, blunt ends, slight curve). There is one significant flaw: they are dull, they almost pinch rather than cut. I purchased more than one and all were quite dull. Sharpen them up and they are just fine. In cutting thick fur or a matted clump, a clean cut is important. Purchase these by all means, just make sure you have a scissors sharpener as well.

Nice idea, but doesn't cut well at all...
I love the slightly curved design with safety tips, the compact size (easy to sneak up on my dog's face to trim) and the price wasn't so bad. Unforunately, the scissors aren't sharp and don't even cut my schnauzer's soft fluffy hair. Wish I'd gotten these locally so I could return them without a hassle. Don't bother with these.

Great for trimming the face
Love these little scissors for trimming the face on my miniature schnauzer. Since my dog has gotten older and no longer able to be groomed at the groomers, was looking for a safe way to trim her face so she can see and to keep it from matting around her face. Have also used them on cutting mattes she gets in her fur around her legs and stomach. Have to go slow with trimming now that she is older. They work great!

Cuts my poodle-mix's thick hair easily.
I use these to cut the hair around my dog's eyes, and also to cut out difficult mats in his fur. While they aren't very "sharp", they still work great for my poodle-mix's thick hair. I love that they have rounded tips so they are far more safe than normal pointed scissors. These are also small and curved, so they are great for trimming around my dog's eyes. I always get close with the blades closed, and then open to cut once I'm in position. This also aids in safety. I've even used these to safely cut off hard-to-remove bandages from myself (I washed them before and after of course).I recommend these to anyone wanting a safer clipping option for eyes, mats, and paws.
