GENNDY TARTAKOVSKY'S PRIMAL: THE COMLETE FIRST SEASON (BLU-RAY/DIGITAL)

Well if you're here you probably know the joy that is Primal and it's fantasy world of few words following Spear & Fang but what about the disk? Nicely packaged with an attractive slip cover the actual series is great and blessed with excellent audio. The extra (just one) is a nice addition but feels a bit light considering the price. I almost resisted the urge to binge watch it yet again but that's the Robert E Howard Conan inspired Primal for you. Very violent but surprisingly deep despite there being virtually no dialogue and capable of genuine horror that puts live action to shame.

Simply but beautifully drawn in an ageless style. The storytelling is original and constantly surprising. Most definitely very original and a breath of fresh air in an age of constantly regurgitated past plots repackaged as today’s new entertainment. I loved it and look forward to the next instalment.

Having watched it twice now, the animation style is superb, the characters all bring something to the whole. Let's face it" its about a cro-magnum, a dinosaur & a female homosapien and mixes in about 4 or 5 historical time periods/ developmental human era's and still works seamlessly. I would recommend it.

Great series about a tragedy which forces an animalistic caveman guy to work together with a T Rex like Dinosaur to survive. We get to watch them work out their differences while they set out on an endless adventure across a brutally crazed primal world. It’s beautiful, exciting, gory, touching and tragic… and it has it's funny moments as well. The art style and animation are gorgeous at times and simplistic at others, but never in a bad way, the fight sequences are always brilliant. If you've seen Samurai Jack, you'll know what to expect. This show is absolutely great, it quickly became a favorite of mine as I watched it originally air on Adult Swim... this was a no brainier purchase for me. This the show is a solid 5/5 The flip side of this is, as usual the boneheads at Warner Bros screw up this brilliant release with more silliness. I have reviewed several WB animated releases as they dropped (Rick & Morty S4, Harley Quinn S1&2, and Batman Beyond Complete) and each one of them is flawed in one way or the other. In this case, there are two versions of this release available on Amazon.ca, main difference between them is one includes a digital code (this one) while the other doesn't, it's just the Bluray. There was about a $12 price difference at the time I bought it, I decided to get the more expensive version with the code for easy digital viewing. Unfortunately this code only works in the US... yep, a waste of money and time! So, be warned if you're buying this in Canada, get the cheaper version with no code. In the end Amazon made it right, but still lame that fans have to deal with this stupidity in my opinion! TL:DR: Buy it for the awesome animated show, avoid headaches and buy the cheaper version, ignore this version which includes a US only digital code, if you're in Canada!

De lo mejor de este director, no tiene subtítulos en español pero no se requiere, ya que lo hablan nigún idioma y la temática va sobre eso

Muy bien. Es la edición francesa, más barata que la española (si es que existe edición española ya), pero como no es hablado, pues da igual el idioma... Ya vi los episodios en HBO y como me gustaron tanto, me compré el Blu ray.. Bien de imagen y bien de extras.. Espero que haya sido útil mi valoración
