I give this 3 stars because it is what it is, but not what was ordered as described This is supposed to have the cough suppressant dextromethorphan in it but does not. Whether this is because they can't send the correct product or not, I just don't know, but it has happened twice with no explanation. I will look elsewhere in the future.

Hard to find just plain guaifenesin anymore without all the decongestant and antihistamines added. This is and it's safer I think.

So glad to find this without all the added sugar.The taste is strong but easy to take. Also a good value.
