Box may come damaged. Instructions damaged in transit but pump was good.

Good value for the money
Worked as described. I was replacing exactly the same pump, so installation was fast since all the plumbing was in place. Good water pressure and good value for the money.

Works great for a pressure booster pump. I accidentally killed our old one, which was 15+ years old.

Well built pump , easy to change from 120v to 240v . Gould pump's have always lasted long , hope this one will.

Longevity
I had purchased this pump years ago. It has run without issue. So, just for a piece of mind. I purchased a second pump just in case it is needed. The first pump continues to work just fine.

Unable to reach seller for customer support
We’ve had a Goulds pump in the past and were very happy with it. We decided it was worth the extra few hundred dollars to get another good pump for our well. So, we bought this pump Aug 25, 2024. This pump worked great for about 6 months and now it won’t hold pressure. The pump just continually runs and when unplugged, the water flows back. I understand that nothing is perfect and even great products aren’t always perfect. My biggest complaint is that I can’t reach the seller, Greenland Supplies Inc, Amazon can’t help, and the direct manufacturer told me to contact the seller, which I can’t. I would still buy this pump again, but only through a company that has proven reliable customer service. If, I can get a hold of the seller, I will update this post.

Good w/pump
I think this is the best water pump made. Has one for over forty years and is still working. I bought this one for spare.😎😎😇
