Savanna Chair

I'm 6' tall, 250lbs and have long struggled to find a comfortable camping chair. The two fatal flaws most chairs have is the crossbar that causes your legs to go numb, and for those of us that dance dangerously close to 300lbs durability/strength. This chair has no crossbar, I've got many hours of field-use and have never felt discomfort, and it's super skookum (durable). The frame has thick wall tubes made of high quality aluminum, I've never felt that I may break it or even come close. For those reasons alone I love this chair, but if you add in how compact and light it is when collapsed down in the carrying case it really makes it something awesome! I travel frequently for work, and have had this in my roller bag for several months, it doesn't eat up space or add weight but boy is it nice to be able to whip out a chair should the need arise (especially while flying during the covid era, seating can be limited...). I've, of course, used it while camping/during recreation as well and it again performs as expected. The only things I can ding the Helinox on is ridiculously priced accessories, like the shoulder strap for the carry bag (which, honestly, should be included with a $200 chair). But it's easy enough to find cheaper alternatives. Also, the sewn in cup holders won't work terribly well for open-top beverages but the Helonix rigid cup holder accessory is very reasonable priced, and works well to solve this Is it cheap? No. Do I think it's worth every penny? Yes.

I am keeping this because it is light and compact and easy to assemble. One size doesn't fit all though as comfortable as you would hope. My recommendation is the Helinox give a better explanation for who this "one size fits all" really fits best. Better to give examples and show different people with different leg length proportions sitting in the chair. Better yet, redesign cover to allow for greater depth and have the option available to longer legged guys who love the concept, but once with the chair find disappointment in the expensive purchase. By the way I am still only 6 foot tall. Your marketing should be more complete, transparent. Just read my review, it is really ok, but the price is so far from being worth this that you have to just have unlimited money to bother with this as opposed to other similar chairs. It is nice and well built but unless you can get it at US prices don't bother, the comfort isn't any better than a chair a tenth the cost. This one is pretty but comfort is what I purchased it for and it lacks, though so does a church pew...

Ein super Stuhl. Sehr kleines Packmass. Sehr leicht. Top für kompakte Campervans. Man sitzt sehr bequem. Auch die Sitzhöhe ist gut. Wir haben den direkten Vergleich zu dem Produkt von OneT... Dieser Stuhl ist deutlich hochwertiger. In Kombination mit unseren Schaffellen auch bei kalter Witterung sehr gemütlich. Bei Angebotspreisen zuschlagen!
