Will this lens work with a FZ80?

Hello! No, this lens is not compatible. -M

Did I just get a bad one or does the lens seem tight and hard to twist on and off from the camera body compared to other lens like the 24-105?

It does seem tight but not too tight, meaning it doesn’t feel like it will damage the body. I suspect it will get smoother over time but it does make me hesitant to change lenses as much during a shoot.

How do I mount this on bmpcc 4k?

You don't. This is an L-mount lens. The Blackmagic 4k uses a Micro 4/3rds mount. The two mounts are incompatible with each other. If you want something comparable, I'd look at the Panasonic 25mm f/1.7.
