I love GK, hair it's Brilliant long lasting colour and good company for customers care. This die saves me money as I'm getting salon results at home. my hair is less damaged from a year of using this product as well. Professional permanent dye not as advertised
Not as advertised. This is a permanent cream colour that needs professional development solution and training to use chemicals. Definitely not semi permanent as described.

Intense ash blond , more like black as charcoal
Firstly, this is advertised as a semipermanent / toner . It says permanent dye on the tube not semi permanent . It comes without developer so u have to buy the developer separately . Thank God I did a strand test , bcs the colour that came out of it for intense ash blonde was actually charcoal !!!!! Not ash , literally brunete . Based on the false advertisement I can not recommend this at all , waste of money as I wasnโt after a permanent dye .

Complaint About Severe Hair Damage
Iโm contacting regarding the serious hair damage caused by your product. I used it exactly as instructed, and it left my hair extremely weak, broken, and visibly thinned. I have already shared clear photos of the damage with your customer service team, yet I was only offered a refund. A refund alone does not address the harm your product caused. I am requesting a real solution to repair my hair and proper support for the damage Iโm now dealing with. Please treat this matter with urgency.
