Kate Naturals Organic Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder for Baking (4oz)

This organic strawberry powder was perfect for making strawberry frosting. I creamed the butter and powder first, then added a little milk, vanilla and confectioners sugar.

Bought this for a Strawberry Cake Recipe that you mix the Strawberry Powder with Confectioners Sugar and sprinkle it over the top of the Cake. Was hard to find locally and at a reasonable price and was very happy I could find it on Amazon, was a great price and quality with a two year expiration date. Definitely recommend and would buy again!

The flavor is concentrated and tastes like real strawberries without adding extra liquid to recipes. I’ve used it in frosting, cheesecake, whipped cream, and drinks with great results. A little goes a long way, and the quality has been consistent both times I ordered it.

I use this to make a mochi dessert with condensed milk and strawberry chunks. It adds just enough flavor to the mochi to ensure the whole thing tastes like sweet strawberry and cream

Color was nice, blended in well, but flavor was lacking. Disapointed
