I have been eating this supplement since past 3 - 4 months and I can confirm that it has helped in lowering my (LDL) Bad Cholesterol level. The same was reflected in my blood reports from before and after. I am reitered person in my 60s and was struggling to improve my cholesterol levels. Not recommended
I have been using it for a month but didn't see good effects on my health. I doubt it does have positive addition on my health but getting headache the other days while using continuously. Stopped using them. I do not recommended for heart related benefits. The taste is also not good. List good ingredients but didn't see benefits for me.
