Training Lead for Dogs, 25m Nylon Long Line Dog Lead,Padded Handle

Excellent product, good strong material and great for recall training with our pups.

I got this training lead for my 5-year-old cockapoo to take with us on holiday to Devon in the summer months. Dogs have to be on lead on the beaches at this time, so this way she gets to have a proper run around and frolic in the sea without us breaking any safety rules. The lead is durable, hard-wearing and flexible. Deals with the salty water of the sea and getting sand all over it with no issue, a quick rinse under the shower and it's all good to go again. Also dries quickly. It's soft to hold with a nice padded handle. Very easy to use as a long lead. Overall very well designed. My only issue might be that with it being black all over it can be a little hard to see if there are other people running around that you need to ensure don't fall over the lead.

Good quality, strong and easy clean but naively I didn’t think about how heavy it would be after carrying it for a few miles ! Also more appropriate for a larger dog such as a Labrador. Bit too heavy duty for my Cavalier spaniel

This lead is really good, I bought it to replace our old one which had started to wear. I use this for walking my dog, we mainly walk in fields and woodland so this gives him the freedom to go explore and sniff wthout me worrying if he'll come back when called! When I dont need the length I just coil it up and then let it feed out as needed. I have put knots along the length to give some grip (especially useful when it gets wet) but it is nice in hmthe hand, it has a aoft, almost silky feel but is very thick and feels robust. It's thicker in width than the last one so a bit big and bulky but I've got used to that now. Great lead for training and giving dogs with bad recall a bit of freedom, and the clip is really robust.

Love this lead, gives my dog just enough freedom for me to work on her recall. Good handle size, I am so glad it is waterproof, makes it much easier to clean when going through muddy areas/ beaches.

Arrived in a battered box that looked like it had been opened previously and perhaps returned. The opening was ripped and the box had a couple of holes. The lead itself is fine, works and does what it should, although where it has been rolled up it does twist into spirals like a phone cable on first couple of uses. Whether due to box battering or previous opening there was no carry bag for the lead. Not the end of the world but a bit annoying but couldn't be bothered to return and reorder just for the bag.

I found that dropping it on the floor and I just held the handle does mean that it gets dirty, but difficult to hold, tends to untangle fairly easily. Obviously on the floor the dog will drag it through everything so will need to be washed. Sturdy material and comfort handle. Great for training puppies or for sensory or dogs with poor recall. Good value for money, can get tangle up with the other dogs so be aware it's not an extendable lead that retracts. The only bad thing is only good for fields or areas where the path is fairly clear. Went to the forest and is tangled on the bushes. I found it easier to let him run free on open ground so he could run with the other dogs off the lead and he liked it too.

Very good leash, allows my dog to explore places and I don't have to step in the river etc. The leash looks durable, it's made from rubber materials, the loop is a bit padded on the inside. I am happy to give my dog as much freedom as possible even when he can't be free to roam. Also because of rubber, the leash is not as slippery when you're holding it. All in all would reccomend this dog leash, I hope it lasts for a long time.

Finalmente una lunghina che fa il suo mestiere! Dopo tanto penare, finalmente ho trovato una lunghina adatta per il nostro pastore del Lagorai di 30 kg di un anno e mezzo; è già la seconda che acquisto dal momento che la prima ha iniziato a deteriorarsi dopo diversi mesi di utilizzo intenso e pazzo. Il materiale risulta molto morbido al tatto ed anche in caso di strattoni improvvisi per inseguire una lepre o un'anatra il rischio di "bruciarsi" le mani è davvero limitato e nell'eventualità accade solo se la si afferra al di fuori della maniglia; è molto molto resistente e facile da pulire, basta davvero una sciacquata e torna come nuova anche dopo una bella passeggiata tra boschi infangati e fiumi. L'impugnatura risulta soffice al tatto e non rovina le mani: davvero ben fatta; anche con un uso quotidiano di diverse ore è rimasta intatta; anche il moschettone, sebbene si rovini la laccatura nera per usura, è durevole e di buona fattura. In sostanza, consiglio l'acquisto a chi ha a cuore il benessere del proprio cane, specialmente se si tratta di un cane di taglia medio/grande, vivace e difficile da lasciare libero: con 15 m di lunghina almeno gli si può dare un po' di libertà che altrimenti con un normale guinzaglio non avrebbe.

Je suis très satisfaite de cet article. Je l’utilise quotidiennement depuis 3 ans. Je laisse régulièrement la longe traîner au sol, et elle s’est montrée très résistante. Elle s’est certes cassée quelques fois au fil du temps, mais j’ai réussi à la prolonger en faisant des nœuds de réparation, ce qui montre malgré tout sa bonne durabilité. J’ai été tellement contente de ce produit que je les racheté a nouveau pour repartir avec une neuve. Le gros avantage de cette matière est qu’elle est très facile à nettoyer, reste agréable à utiliser même par temps de pluie, sans salir les mains. Un excellent produit que je recommande.
