**Q: I bought a jar of these, love them. Do they need refrigeration after opened?**
A: No you can leave them out of the refrigerator

**Q: Can you eat them out of the jar ? Or need to cook ?**
A: Do not cook these.  They are already pickled and are delicious straight out of the jar.  Some people may like them chilled in the refrigerator, but either way they are great!

**Q: what are the ingdiens? any nirates?**
A: Nitrates or nitrites are a natural compound, in which is found in food, Sodium nitrates or nitrites are use to cure certain type of food products. I hope this helpful!

**Q: Do these ham hocks have the skin on them?**
A: I have found some skin on them . The meat part was good, but there was too much of the fat.  I threw a lot away. Won’t be buying it again.

When I was young my dad use buy these in juice and they was really really good and so I had a taste for them and found these on Amazon and order one and the meat is good but didn't care for all the jelly substance
