Chipped shortly after first use, manufacturer not cooperative
At first I was really impressed by this item. Great weight, good textured interior, gorgeous granite. But not long after owning it (I got it for my husband for Xmas) it chipped in two places. I contacted the manufacturer with order info and pictures and their response was “we do not send replacement items”. Not the response I expected considering the price point and the reviews. Very disappointed. I got another in the smaller size at the same time, so here’s to hoping no problems with that one. But something else.
