Vacuum Accessories Attachments Dusting Brush for Cleaning Furniture Ceiling

As the title says: If you ever wondered if there is a vacuum attachment to clean books in library shelves - the answer is yes, and the reviewed item is it. Moreover, this attachment was clearly designed by someone who wanted to solve exactly this problem, and (s)he succeeded. A heads-up: it fits a Japanese vacuum hose, so for an American vacuum hose you need an adapter (Amazon has them - a few $s). Better still, just get a portable/hand held Japanese vacuum. If you have a private library and you don't like rarely used books gathering dust, this is it. Highly recommended. (I was NOT paid to leave this 5* review)

Bristles are VERY stiff and the flimsy plastic packaging used resulted in some of the bristles being bent flat. I had to fashion a belt around the bristles to make them angle back down, away from the body of the brush and make them functional. The angle adjustment holds well.

I bought this for my Shark and it didn't fit. SO, I used with my Dyson and it works better than the Dyson dusting brush, it is a little more "scrubby" on the brush, but still soft enough for furniture and hardwood. For some reason I swore I read I could use for my Shark (yes I have multiple vacuums). Anyway, my only criticism is that the brush has several positions but it doesn't "lock" in place. So you can put it really flat for hardwoods, but it flips back up. I wish I could lock the brush position.

This device has three solid position “locks” which is very handy. I did expect that the bristles wouldn't be quite so stiff but the brush worked pretty well.

This is a nice product especially for a backpack vacuum. I can dust shades, books, and upholstery chairs easily.

I am disappointed with this product! It does not fit onto my 1 1/4" inch vacuum hose because they are both the same diameter and there is no adapter included. Also the picture of the product shows a very full looking brush, but the bristles are actually very thin and almost flat so they don't make good contact with the surface. I would not have purchased this had I known it would be useless dusting a keyboard or anything with a rough surface! I would suggest that the manufacturer should build a better brush and include a sleeve type adapter!
