You could, however, use NFC Tools (or something like it) to program the tags to open a payment app (ie. Cash App, PayPal, etc.) on the customers/clients device. Maybe even have the tag take them specifically to your payment profile on one of those apps. That being said, I think you would need a secondary piece of hardware, like a Square card reader for example, to actually prompt the exchange of money. You dont need a bunch of other equipment to read and write NFC because there are a bunch of iphone apps that are easy to use and learn. I was able to make a bio website with my business and social media information and stick it to one of my business cards. After programming the bio website link onto the NFC sticker, I tap the top left part of an Iphone and it shows up. It can take a few tries and sometimes it makes you feel dumb trying 5 times. Ive bought name brand, 20$ cards from other companies that make a big deal our of being able to tap someone your information and it also can takes 5 tries.
