Is there a size chart?

Here is the size chart from the manufacturer. https://californiacostumes.com/sizechart/ Thank you for your inquiry!

My daughter is 8yrs old and is tall. typically a 10-12, would that be a large? And is it long?

My daughter is 8 also but wears 12-14, the large costume was big enough, it is long and the material stretches.
