Last year, we had a very small batch of defective bands which we have now eliminated from our stock. We messaged every customer who may have been affected and replaced their band right away. Since then we have proactively implemented many new quality control techniques including new sturdier sewing techniques that reduce the chance of a defect and invested in the highest quality elastic. We are the biggest band seller in the USA and currently, only 1 in every 5000 or so band sets that we sell might have a human error defect which causes issues.
