Protect those ears
These work great for keeping water out of my ear's, whether in the pool or on vacation in the Caribbean. I frequently get infections if water goes into my ears, yet these ear plugs kept my ears dry even when I went snorkeling. These have a great carrying case as well.

Worth buying
These are actually pretty comfortable and work really well. I had a little bit of water get into my ear but nothing that was bothersome. So no they may not be totally waterproof, however they were 99.9% effective. It was so nice to not have to shake water out of ears after lap swimming! I would definitely buy them again. As far as sound, they are ear plugs so there is muffling but I could carry on conversations. They are better at allowing sound in then the wax plugs.

Gave them to my daughters and they love them... very good, keep the water out and you can still hear.

Difficult to place correctly
Not very good. It's hard to place correctly in the ear canal. And then hurts after a while

I couldn’t figure out how to attach the lanyard and their customer service didn’t help but the plugs are easy to use. This is my second pair. I just wanted a backups

Excellent quality & value
these are fantastic, especially if you -- like me -- have very low tolerance for anything in your ears. They don't go too far in, but far enough to be effective, create a good seal, and then the black Spock-y bit (which comes in three sizes) fits nicely in your outer ear to hold them in place and also serves as a handle to pull them out. Excellent value, with two pairs included and six sets of Spock-y handles in S, M and L.
