I discovered this product after my family brought the single serve packets from a trip a while ago and I've been having it regularly since then. It tastes good, keeps you super regular and you notice a huge difference pretty much the next morning. It's a bit pricey but I think it's worth it. Just let it sit for a couple of minutes after stirring it, stir it one more time and it goes done pretty smoothly. Also this product got delivered a little later than expected though which was a downer. Still the product itself is amazing.

Feel this product helps to keep you regular and I like the fact it has prebiotics and other ingredients to help with you feeling healthy. A little expensive though especially if you live in Canada to take every month.
