The thing is wonderfully light and strong. Design and instructions are excellent. It took an hour to set up only because I had to go from one end of the house to the other for tools. If I'd had everything laid out it would have been 30 minutes. It says not to drive the lag bolt with a power drill but use ratchet and socket so you don't overdrive into the stud and weaken the connection. I was about to use a power drill anyway then I noticed they used an 11cm hex head on the lag bolt and I only have that on my 1/4" drive ratchet set. I drove the 3/8" holes with my power drill, and the provided lag bolts went in quickly enough with the ratchet. Easy-peazy. I give it a sixth star for using non-standard hex head so not letting me jam the bolts in with my impact drive. Adjustments were simple and well-marked, and the cable tracks are well designed and simple to operate, although it won't hold a lot of cables. It supports my monitor very firmly and has a wide range of operation.. A couple of days before, I had sent back a heavy, steel desk mounted arm from another manufacturer that was actually more difficult to set up. After I'd pieced it together and assembled everything on the desk, the arm would not hold up the computer. It had an assembly error in the arm adjustment pin that was not fully inserted. That took me an hour and a half to figure out. It was easy to return through UPS though. This light wall mount, if you have a few tools, is much simpler and better, and has a higher capacity, than any desk mount arm.. I love this lever arm for my 27" Dell monitor and I'm receiving no gratuities for saying so.

Looks Great! Functions as intended! This is very easy unit to mount. It comes with a little mounting template that helps you position it just rght (I do suggest you use a level to keep it alighned). Something that I wish would be better designed - the cord guides/covers. Unfortunately they are not very steady when they are locked into place. They tend to fall off. I used plastic zip-ties to keep the cord covers from disconneting fom the articulating arm itself. However, the overall quality of the unit is nice, solid, and easy to adjust as necessary. I have purchased it serveral times.

This a well-made and well-designed product that is well-made. It comes with with templates for an easy installation on wall and all necessary hardware. Adjusting the position & rotation is very smooth, and the cables can go through a channel in the arm (fits an HDMI & power cable... maybe more, but that's what I tried.). You'll need a drill and a wrench to install the screws into studs.

Slick monitor mount, only knocking off a star because the cable management clips are a little flimsy and dont really provide a lot of space for some thicker cables (like Display port + 2 HDMI + power). Not that big of a deal though. They thoughtfully included a nice paper template to assist with pre-drilling the holes for the mount. Remember if your monitor is a bit heavier and the arm cant seem to hold it up, adjust the spring with the included tension adjustment tool (Allen wrench)!

My wife can't tell the difference, Bought this to replace a desk mounted one in my 3 monitor set up. Solid strong arm. Holds up my 32 in Samsung monitor well no sagging. Easy installation, including all hardware needed. Solid support and range of motion. Was a great price compared.

I’ve used a fair amount of desk and wall mount options from Amazon. This has been my favorite one so far. It’s nice and sturdy and has a great range of motion. I would definitely recommend. I do not recommend using the lag bolts it comes with to mount to the wall I would find some nice drywall screws or something similar and attach it to a stud

Didn't think I'd be writing a review about a monitor mount, but here I am. I'm that impressed. The mount it sturdy. Easy to install (only 3 screws). It took a moment to understand how to adjust it, but once I digested what I read, I realized how awesome it is. I was a little confused b/c you can't position the arm until you add the monitor to it... without the weight of the monitor itself, it just snaps up or snaps down fast. Once you add the monitor, and turn the screw to adjust the resistance (which it explains well in the booklet, it just took me a minute to digest)... wow is it nice and steady. You really have a great range of motion, including the tilt. This is the monitor stand you need. I'll only be ordering this one for any monitors I need to mount going forward.

Product description very accurate. Works great will probably buy another one as soon as I purchase another computer monitor. Easy install. Recently had surgery and needed a way to use computer from recliner, this Wall Mount was perfect! I have other desk mounts, this one is the most flexible and easy to maneuver.

Installed everything and tilt angle is unable to hold a 32 inch monitor. My monitor is below the maximum weight, yet it doesn't hold it and tilt keeps dropping. Alen bolt is tightened all the way. Very disappointing

Went for a 6 monitor setup and used 6 of these things. Mainly for playing eve online and browsing stock tickers. They are super sturdy and well made.
