The thing is wonderfully light and strong. Design and instructions are excellent. It took an hour to set up only because I had to go from one end of the house to the other for tools. If I'd had everything laid out it would have been 30 minutes. It says not to drive the lag bolt with a power drill but use ratchet and socket so you don't overdrive into the stud and weaken the connection. I was about to use a power drill anyway then I noticed they used an 11cm hex head on the lag bolt and I only have that on my 1/4" drive ratchet set. I drove the 3/8" holes with my power drill, and the provided lag bolts went in quickly enough with the ratchet. Easy-peazy. I give it a sixth star for using non-standard hex head so not letting me jam the bolts in with my impact drive. Adjustments were simple and well-marked, and the cable tracks are well designed and simple to operate, although it won't hold a lot of cables. It supports my monitor very firmly and has a wide range of operation.. A couple of days before, I had sent back a heavy, steel desk mounted arm from another manufacturer that was actually more difficult to set up. After I'd pieced it together and assembled everything on the desk, the arm would not hold up the computer. It had an assembly error in the arm adjustment pin that was not fully inserted. That took me an hour and a half to figure out. It was easy to return through UPS though. This light wall mount, if you have a few tools, is much simpler and better, and has a higher capacity, than any desk mount arm.. I love this lever arm for my 27" Dell monitor and I'm receiving no gratuities for saying so.

Product description very accurate. Works great will probably buy another one as soon as I purchase another computer monitor. Easy install. Recently had surgery and needed a way to use computer from recliner, this Wall Mount was perfect! I have other desk mounts, this one is the most flexible and easy to maneuver.

My wife can't tell the difference, Bought this to replace a desk mounted one in my 3 monitor set up. Solid strong arm. Holds up my 32 in Samsung monitor well no sagging. Easy installation, including all hardware needed. Solid support and range of motion. Was a great price compared.

High quality fittings and as advertised has long extension from the wall. Couple of things to be aware of: 1. I replaced existing mounts attached to a long board anchored to studs in my wall. This made installation easy because I could mount anywhere along the board. Highly recommend using this method for > 1 monitor. 2. The mount holds the monitor quite a bit higher than other mounts, even on its lowest setting. I had to lower my mounting points about 2 inches to get my monitors to the same height on the lowest height setting. 3. The gas setting on the height was at its stiffest on all three units I got, even though the instructions say the opposite. Even at the loosest setting it barely holds a monitor down. It does, but it's a close call. 4. The plastic covers that hide the screws and holes on the wall mount are a joke. They do not slide on as instructed and may not go on at all without more patience that I had. Bad design.

Looks Great! Functions as intended! This is very easy unit to mount. It comes with a little mounting template that helps you position it just rght (I do suggest you use a level to keep it alighned). Something that I wish would be better designed - the cord guides/covers. Unfortunately they are not very steady when they are locked into place. They tend to fall off. I used plastic zip-ties to keep the cord covers from disconneting fom the articulating arm itself. However, the overall quality of the unit is nice, solid, and easy to adjust as necessary. I have purchased it serveral times.

Works great, easy to maneuver!

This a well-made and well-designed product that is well-made. It comes with with templates for an easy installation on wall and all necessary hardware. Adjusting the position & rotation is very smooth, and the cables can go through a channel in the arm (fits an HDMI & power cable... maybe more, but that's what I tried.). You'll need a drill and a wrench to install the screws into studs.

THE BEST WALL MOUNT I COULD HAVE ORDERED. Had to re order another one as the first one was malfunctioned BUT it took literally 24 hours to get a new one IT does exactly what its supposed to do and is smooth and holds up my 24 inch monitor perfectly. Thank you for the QUICK customer service

Installed everything and tilt angle is unable to hold a 32 inch monitor. My monitor is below the maximum weight, yet it doesn't hold it and tilt keeps dropping. Alen bolt is tightened all the way. Very disappointing
