I take about a TSP and a damp brush and mix it up in a bowl or put about a TSP in the middle of a damp brush and do a face lather. I prefer the face lather with this creme. It takes a couple times to get the perfect cream to water ratio for a rich lather. It's an old school type cream so don't get discouraged if it doesn't seem perfect your first time.
