These are so easy to swallow! The caplets are slightly smaller than a Centrum Silver vitamin. They have a coating that prevents them from getting powdery, keeps my other pills in an organizer free from gritty dust. Very pleased with the quality.

Oblong shape helps when swallowing
There doesn’t seem to be a taste to the tablets which is a plus. It has an oblong shape rather than being round. I find it easier to swallow these.
