So far I’m loving these!
I bought these about 3 weeks ago and have been taking 2 everyday since. The reason I purchased was for Hopefully keeping cancer at bay. It runs in my family something awful. The first week on these I would have diarrhea(sorry for being graphic) for a couple hours after, nothing I couldn’t handle but if you work might want to start taking these slowly. I sorta jumped right in with the full dose. Another thing I’ve noticed is my 2 kids have terrible colds and I attract colds like a magnet and being on these I haven’t gotten their crud. So I’m thinking these little guys might need to become a staple in my cabinet.
