What is the difference between neutral brown and brunette?

The brunette has more of a reddish brown base. If you are truly brunette, you want that. My natural color is closer to black so I buy the neutral because it’s darker and not quite as “warm” of a brown.

My hair was blonde, but is now white/grey, I'm fair skinned, should I still go for blonde or get neutral brown ?

My hair color and skin tone are the same as yours. I tried the blonde first and the color was not a good match. I use neutral brown and it looks great. Don’t apply the brow gel too heavily or it could look too dark.
