I've owned numerous magnetic screens. This is bay far 100% better than any on the market. Ive bought so many and they all are cheap. NOT THIS SCREEN! First of all the magnets are long and fill the entire length of the screen, second of all it fits my 8ft tall slider without having to modify and third is that the screen material is much much thicker than any other screen on market. The velcro on sides and top are not cheap but extremely good at holding in place with heavy heavy traffic and 4 large golden retriever dogs going in and out. Theres something we do that makes our screen a bit different. We attach our magnetic screen onto the frame of our screen door that slides. My husband painted the screen door frame black and added a wood trim around edges which allowed our door to be opened completely, or to remove screen and switch to another slider without reinstalling. We use these 12 months out of the year and the added wood frame trim around the screen door allows us to use heavy duty staples to attach the Velcro to the screen door permanently. Of course this is not needed if you just want to use the magnetic screen alone but we have stucco above our opening and velcro wouldnt hold without having to permanently attach to stucco. I'd rather attach to screen door. Either way this is by far the best on the market. The two pics shows screen door closed and how we can also slide to left still and not remove magnetic screen door.

I bought a few. One for each door we use often. The adhesion works a little too well if anything. I noticed it actually started stripping the paint from the doorframe especially after a pretty hot summer. So to avoid that I only used the tacks provided to tack down the screen. There’s plenty provided so use generously. For the most part this has not caused an issue with keeping bugs out. We usually just knock the screen a bit before going through if it’s that time of evening for mosquitoes or we see a fly or two hanging out on the screen.

Placed this on our backyard door because we have a forest back there. Bugs would always squeeze through the doors everytime we let our dogs in/out. This has been doing its job well. Easy to install instructions. It’s been on for about 2 months and still intact. Would highly recommend.

Works well enough, but extremely difficult to fit into my sliding door. Very misleading in terms of “versatility). Tape does not stick well at all, though magnets work great. If you have small children or pets, I’d get a more durable, higher quality alternative. However, the parts that do close help with bugs quite a bit. Light, not heavy, easy to open, less easy to close. Could improve versatility and durability.

Went up easily and fit door perfectly, even has a little valance header at top to camouflage any irregularity of doorframe. Magnetics are imbedded inside the fabric, unlike some of the cheaper versions that just have magnetic strips that show. We've used the screen door all summer, and it has stayed looking great and closes fully each time we walk in or out. Our little 6-pound dog learned to use it pretty quickly by scooting under it, rather than through the middle . . . that way the clicking of magnetics doesn't scare her. Quality is Excellent with all seams being straight. We live in a historic house and were initially worried about the screen door's appearance. However, it looks very professional and we get tons of compliments on it. You can probably tell that we love this screen door . . . we should have purchased it a LOT sooner - does great job of keeping out flies, gnats. moths and mosquitoes. Highly recommend. Just purchased this and received the product on time. That's about the only good thing... THE PRODUCT (screen door) DOES NOT HOLD UP AT ALL. I had correctly place the velcro onto the net and removed the sticky backing and promptly pressed it onto my door frame. All was fine until IT STARTED FALLING OFF 2 hours later. I guess the adhesive that it comes with is not strong at all to hold up the weight. I guess I have to find my own way to stick the screen door back up again... probably with some thumb tacks or some sort, but BEWARE this screen door WILL NOT hold up itself with the adhesive given in the package.[UPDATE] 9/22/17Boosted from 1 star to 5 star SOLELY BECAUSE they have GREAT customer service. They reached out to me to figure out the problems, turns out my package was just incorrectly processed since each item is handled by hand. Careless mistake maybe? Anyways, they responded very quickly to my emails and sent me a new screen door with the correct instructions and even thumb tacks to help me install.
