Is this truly over $21 for 16.9 oz. ?

There is no reason for this product to be as expensive as it is. It is shipped from the U.K. but that is not a big contributor to the cost. It's just capitalism. The seller is making a HUGE profit. I used to buy this when it was less than $10 a bottle. I refuse to pay $22 for it now. No, it is not "worth it". This is plain greed on behalf of the seller at this point.

Is this stuff for real? why is “defense” spelled wrong? why isn’t it sold in the us? isn’t johnson and johnson a us company? curious...

It’s only sold in UK where they have universal healthcare. They would never sell something so helpful in the US of A. Root canals are the bread and butter of dental practices, and this being available to us would likely cut the need for those in half. Can’t have the poor having good teeth and dentist not raking in $$ - good teeth are a status symbol here! I’ve ordered this 3 times and it’s worth the ~$20 price tag - it’s prob like 7£ in UK but it’s so effective I don’t mind paying $20.

The bottle I received is not clear it’s cloudy. Has anyone experienced this?

No cloudy liquid in any of the product that I have received. But the hazy bottle color gives it the appearance of being cloudy. Once you pour it in a cup, it should be clear as water.
