Review: Too potent! READ THIS POST 📬 BEFORE BUYING! - I made the mistake of not researching this product before buying. I based my decision on what everybody was writing. After I got the product and I took it I got the flushing and everything as expected but actually, I thought it was much worse than expected. For me, I got all the flushing symptoms worse than expected. It made me feel so dizzy, weak muscles, and thirsty. YES, you get a massive burning feel, worse than I've ever had! Strangely it relaxed all my muscles, made feel like pooping, which I did, rather well, just a healthy poop. The shock on my system made me tired. Do it before bedtime. If you are going to try this product, pls do your research! I always do, but this time I didn't which is dangerous! Unless you are truly suffering from vitamin D3 this product is dangerously potent! FYI for people who aren't good at researching: Vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid, nicotinamide) Vitamin B3 is also known as niacin. There are two forms of vitamin B3: nicotinic acid and nicotinamide What is vitamin B3? Vitamin B3 is also known as niacin. There are two forms of vitamin B3: nicotinic acid and nicotinamide. Why do I need vitamin B3? Vitamin B3 helps release energy from food. It is also involved in the function of the skin, mucous membranes, and nervous system. How much vitamin B3 do I need? The recommended daily allowance (RDA) in the UK (not the USA) of vitamin B3 is 17mg a day for men and 13mg a day for women. This product exceeds regular requirements. Vitamin B3 deficiency leads to pellagra. Pellagra is characterized by dermatitis and diarrhea. Severe pellagra also causes dementia and is fatal if untreated. ********Pellagra is now rare, but was a major health problem as recently as the 1980s, when it was most commonly seen in communities that consumed a lot of maize.******************************* The vitamin B3 in maize is present in an unavailable form. Where is vitamin B3 found? Vitamin B3 is found in the following foods: bread wheat and maize flour eggs dairy products yeast What are the effects of cooking on vitamin B3? Vitamin B3: Eggs are a good source of vitamin B3 as well as protein. Feb 8, 2019, update - I took my vitamin with liquid protein and didn't get any immediate symptoms. I'm still waiting. It's been almost 45 mins. Maybe the key to taking it is taking it with HIGH protein. The flush did come about an hour later. It started with light head tingling and then a stronger burning sensation. Then it became a sunburn like flush throughout my face. It lasts about 40 mins. No body flush. So 2/10/2019 I took another one. At first I thought oh strange nothing. An hour later comes along, head tingling head flush, face flush, massive body flush, muscle weakness, I had to run to the bathroom, loss of bowels (sat on the toilet - i was quite surprised needless to say - cleaned me out well!), weakness was so bad i think i was on the verge of passing out, shut my eyes and leaned against the wall. I got the chills. I was so weak and tired I laid down. Ovaries and tubes felt like they were throbbing and on fire!!! I'm curled up in the fetal position in pain praying it ends. I'm covered in blankets to keep me warm. I guess I fall asleep for about 20 mins. About an hour after it started it all subsided and stopped. I'm very thirsty. I had just got done breakfast (2 eggs and about an ounce of salami) and a little bit of greens protein drink. Two days ago, I had a very potent greens drink with maaca, cocao powder, morninga powder, and homemade kefir. I only got the head flush. After today, I'd need to be super brave to take another tablet. Definitely don't take it before or during work LOL OMG!
Review: Product should have a warning label! 😂🙏 - So, I am on a journey to cleanse my by body of toxins from all the junk food I’ve eaten over the years and wanting to change to a healthier lifestyle and came across these pills for ‘flushing toxins’ among a couple other vitamins. I take a pill while heating up some nachos. After about 10-15 minutes I became a bit itchy and felt some prickly/heated areas on my body. Look in the mirror and ears are dark red and forehead bright red. I go outside to get some fresh air and the flushing started…. Immediately went to desertcart to see reviews and it made me panic, instantly (lol). I sincerely thought I was having an allergic reaction, my heart started beating so fast and I became ‘light’ all over my body. As I started to pray (I never do that 😂) I began crunching a Zyrtec!! Shaky knees at this point. I realized it was me who was making my heart race and just needed to calm down! After what felt like an hour I was a little calmed down and the heat was slightly less my arms started to get red and blanching in areas I decided to jump in the shower. After the shower I noticed all the red had subsided from my face, arms and neck. My face actually looked refreshed! While I still feel a sense of heightened-ness I enjoy the refreshed look of my facial skin in the mirror. Lastly, I do think this high of dose should come with a clear warning of the flushing and still a little nervous if I’ll have any additional side effects the rest of today.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Niacin is GOOD for you - can you handle the FLUSH?
*by J***O on February 13, 2019*

I had never knowingly taken Niacin. Never thought about it. But heard some of the excellent health benefits and thought - hey I'll give it a shot since I've been on a bit of a vitamin regimen. Taking a 500mg Niacin is a total trip. If you take it on an empty stomach and you don't saturate yourself with copious amounts of water to dilute it you will very likely experience an interesting "TRIP!" At just about the 15 minute mark (I timed it) you will start feeling a sort of rush of blood to your face, and then throughout your body, then about 2-4 minutes later while you feel like you are baking in the sun, a new sensation will begin. You'll start feeling pins and needles all over your skin, and your skin will start getting red, and incredibly itchy. Try to avoid scratching too much as you'll not really undo what's happening. This entire sensation will last for about 30-40 minutes then it'll all go away. Personally I get a kick out of it, but when the itchy part comes on it can be annoying. I'm told that most people that try to get on a Niacin regime fail to continue because they cannot handle the experience of the FLUSH. So they lose out on the benefits of what Niacin can do for you. I would suggest doing it on an empty stomach at least once so you know the feeling. Then here is the trick. Make sure to drink at least 32 oz of water 'before' you take your Niacin pill. Also do it shortly after you ate a meal. Most likely if you do those 2 steps, you won't experience the "FLUSH." You can also take an aspirin about 10 minutes before you take the Niacin and I've heard that works pretty well to avoid or reduce the flush. Good luck, it's good for you and I hope you get a kick out of the "FLUSH!" and then figure out what you need to do so you can avoid it if you don't like the experience.
