What are the dimensions? The description says 7.87 x 1.97, but 1.97 can't be right.

Coin book size: 8.38*6.22 inches

Great question that can only be answered by the manufacturer. Given the serious damage done by PVC to coins, I would avoid buying this product until they chime in.

Is your product PVC free?

No, the coin album contains PVC.
