Review: Glad I bought it - This has been very helpful for us. My dog had a mostly paralyzed leg from a spinal cord injury. The vet neurologist told me this would help stimulate the nerves on the bottom of her feet and help her recovery. I believe it did help. Plus it was fun for both of us as a training tool, having her put her front feet on, then back feet, lay down, sit up. Now when I pick it up she gets excited to perform the tricks for a treat.

Very strongly recommend you go to the manufacturer's website for inflation and usage instructions first, which is referenced in their enclosed packet. Only after reading their guide was I able to figure it out and get it properly inflated for my dog's use. Our canine chiropractor recommended it to strengthen my GSD's back legs and hips, and it is doing the job. I had tried a human version, a half ball, and found it too unwieldy and heavy to use properly. The FitPAWS disc works best. And as another reviewer mentioned, make sure you get the correct size to fit your dog. If it's too small, it won't work as intended.
