Garlic Press, 304 Stainless Steel Garlic Mincer & Crusher, Heavy Duty, Easy Squeeze, Rust Proof, Easy Clean

If you like your garlic minced very fine, then this is the best garlic press on I've found. I had one of those square shaped presses and they just push most of the garlic up the sides of the press and clogs up the plunger. They are only about 30% effective. This one, with the cylinder (that removes easily for cleaning) is 99% efficient! No wasted garlic oozing up around the plunger.

This garlic press really works --and easily! Love the basket that removes for cleaning. All parts contain curved/beveled lovely edges that are smooth, adding much quality and nice feel when handling. Never have I had a garlic press that efficiently presses as this one. Almost all of the garlic gets minced. When pressing the garlic out, wow -- it is done so easily. No muss, no fuss, no mess. Basket/bale cleans up just great since there's no fighting the rest of the press to get to the bottom. Another thing, the swinging press part doesn't get caught up on any sides, nor does the angle hold up pressing. I'd say make the handles a little longer, but it really doesn't need longer handles to get the job done. I just LOVE it!

Works perfectly well, easy to clean, saves a lot of time with mincing garlic. Only issue is that sometimes the garlic gets stuck on the inside of the press and you have to remove it. But besides that, it is very easy to use, very easy to clean, and makes mincing garlic an effortless process.

I rarely write reviews, but I find myself loving this garlic press. I had a Zyliss garlic press for many years that I really liked, but it was tough to clean. Eventually, the pin holding the two handles together started coming out, and I'd have to put it back in to use it. When the Zyliss pin got lost, I finally broke down and bought one from TJ Maxx. Big mistake. The one I picked mushed the garlic inside the press and nothing would come out the holes. So to Amazon I went, where I could look at reviews. So far, this garlic press is great! Pros: The garlic presses pretty effortlessly through the holes. Because it's stainless steel, I can use a knife to scrape off the minced garlic on the outside to get every bit. (My old Zyliss one had some kind of coating that seemed to scrape off when I did that.) The barrel comes out for super easy cleaning. And what a good price! Cons: The barrel is pretty small, so large cloves don't fit. However, it's not a big deal to me to cut them in half. It does feel a little like it could come apart, but so far so good. I'll certainly update this review if that were to happen. So far, very pleased with this item.

Very good quality product and very useful

I've purchased other (more expensive) garlic presses. They were supposed to be ergonomic, to make it easier for those with grip issues. This press far surpasses them. It is super easy to press and the removable insert makes it much easier to clean. I do wish it came with an extra insert as this small piece will be easy to misplace. And I do wish it was a little larger, as very often I have to half the garlic clove in order for it to fit into the insert.

This press, we have five cooks in our household and we all love it fast, easy to clean, just wow. We had tried others like the vampire or the little car, I happened to see a chef talking about this as a must have and tried it. He was so right. No issues, we have had it six months now.

This is the best garlic press ever. The crushing chamber is removable so it can be cleaned easily. Feels comfortable to use too.
